Invoices and Receipts

  • A digital receipt will be emailed immediately after payment.

  • Wholesale clients will receive a formal invoice with itemized details.

  • Copies of past invoices can be requested through our support team.

 

Late Payments (Wholesale Accounts)

  • Payments not received within the agreed terms may incur a 2% late fee per month.

  • Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended until payment is cleared.

  • Michigan Magic Tires reserves the right to withhold future shipments until outstanding balances are settled.

 

Refunds and Adjustments

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Adjustments due to billing errors will be corrected promptly.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly billed.
